We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Client Service Officer based in Melbourne CBD.

This role is designed to provide client support services to the staff of a small team. As Client Service Officer, you will assist with the effective communication between our business, our clients and prospective clients to ensure the development of strong relationships.

For this role, we require someone with:

• Strong communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of the financial services industry
• Customer focused and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent MS Word/Excel/Power Point software skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and prioritising skills
• Interest in making a contribution to a small team
• A willingness to learn, and
• An ability to handle routine work.

Degree qualifications are not essential, while some related financial services industry experience would be well regarded.
